AI Solutions Engineer at Kong
Hi, I’m Duo (Neo).
I help organizations put a control plane in front of their AI — governing LLM traffic, agents, and APIs with the same rigour we spent a decade applying to cloud infrastructure.
What I do
From infrastructure to intelligence.
My work sits where AI meets the plumbing that has to carry it: the gateway, the policies, the identity, the observability. Models change every quarter — the platform around them is what has to hold.
Currently an AI Solutions Engineer at Kong, helping teams adopt LLMs and agents without giving up control — where the gateway sits, how prompts and tokens are governed, how agents authenticate, and how any of it gets measured once it’s live.
I came to this the long way around: a decade in data centres, cloud architecture and DevOps, then years as a pre-sales architect translating dense technical designs into outcomes a business could act on. That’s why I think about new technology in terms of what has to be operated, secured and paid for once the excitement passes.

Got a problem you’d like a second opinion on?
I’m always up for a conversation about cloud, APIs, or anything in between.
